Kerala State Lotteries launched the Christmas New Year Bumper which is run by the Kerala State Lottery Department. The Kerala government has increased the first prize of the lottery to Rs 20 crore and last year the first prize was Rs 16 crore. X'mas New Year Bumper Lottery of 2023-2024 printed in 10 series (XA, XB, XC, XD, XE, XG, XH, XJ, XK, XL).
Transport Minister Antony Raju, who presided, said that the reliability and credibility of the Kerala Lottery have made it popular among the public. Balagopal said that the prizes are arranged in such a way that 5 percent of the ticket buyers will get the prize.

Cost of the Christmas New Year Bumper lottery is ₹400 per ticket. X'mas New Year Bumper tickets will be available to the general public from November 23. As per the decision of the government, a maximum of ** lakh tickets can be printed for the Christmas New Year bumper this year. Last year, 54 lakh Christmas bumper tickets were also sold.
